As an architect and one of the firm’s founding partners, Leslie’s leadership guides our long term strategy and focus on Client Service. She has developed many of the company’s project management tracking tools and is committed to creative problem solving throughout the planning and construction process.
Scott oversees field operations, staffing and self-perform work on each project. As a founding partner and director of company operations, his expertise includes resource management, critical path logistics, coordination of project stakeholders and contingency planning.
David joined the firm in 1997 and has been instrumental in budgeting, feasibility analysis, life-cycle cost estimates and value engineering. As the preconstruction liaison with the design team and subcontracting partners, he plays a primary role in project programming and design conformance.
